(Couldn't find a better way to ask a question, sorry!) At some point in your article the parameter becomes instead of simply . Why?

In the case study, while parsing the arguments to struct, it says, I saw the previous versions of the crate, I found it in version. But Cargo is automatically using version which doesn't have this function.
