chore(deps): upgrade to Nuxt 4.6.1 and require Node 22.22+MergedPR

Bumps the starter to Nuxt 4.6.1 (plus Vue, vue-router, and Tailwind patch/minor updates) and adds an field matching Nuxt 4.6's Node requirement (). No code changes needed: nothing in the course hits the 4.5/4.6 breaking changes (no usage, no direct Vite config beyond the Tailwind plugin).
