Replaces prepare:static + upload:s3 with one sync:s3 step that skips posters already in the bucket and writes the catalog last, so repeat deploys skip the ~4,600-poster TMDB download, and removes the runtime fallback to d1edv93n89rnpj.cloudfront.net along with the /migrate page that drove it. Also drops the unused vercel CLI dependency and the View Demo link to a personal deployment. 🤖 Generated with Claude Code
Every build now fills the bucket ( then ), so the runtime migration path left over from the original deployment is dead weight, and it's reachable by anyone: When a catalog or poster object was missing from S3, the routes fetched it from the original CloudFront distribution (, not ours) and wrote it into the bucket. Requesting random numeric poster IDs sent one request per ID to that host. was a public page that walked the whole catalog through that fallback; did the same from the command line. This PR removes the fallback, the page, the script and its npm script. A missing poster is now a 404 with , so repeat requests for the same ID come from the CDN instead of S3. Found posters keep their one-year cache. Checked with , and . 🤖 Generated with Claude Code
Moves the Demo: link from https://s3-vercel-general-purpose-buckets.vercel.app/ to https://aws-s3-general-purpose-buckets.vercel.app/. The new deployment runs on the vercel-labs team, connected to this repo and deployed from , alongside the S3 Tables (https://aws-s3-tables.vercel.app/) and S3 Vectors (https://aws-s3-vectors.vercel.app/) demos. 🤖 Generated with Claude Code
