I found this was missing for me, so I've added it in. No worries if this is the expected behaviour. !cobalt2-addition
I think that a version of this theme for highlight.js would be very useful, since you can submit it to highlight.js for inclusion in their collection of CDN's. CDN links are helpful on sites like Codepen, where you can't upload files without paying. Alternatively, and I have no idea if this costs money or not, you could host it on cdnjs as a theme for prism.
Recent fixes
Certainly not all Prism syntax languages are written equally, but given the available features for each, I tried to match what I saw in Sublime Text with Cobalt2. Here's what the added syntaxes look like on the example page: !cobalt2 for prism js
Added a colon to let the CSS pass through validation. Minified the CSS a bit more by merging 'font-style: italic'
