I noticed the link on line 844 was broken with a very easy fix, so checked all other external links in this post and found some similar broken links. These links seem to go through a redirection service you control - fixing the links there is probably a more complete solution, but probably more work. Up to you. I also noticed that the link to http://www.pg.gda.pl/~jandac/thesis.ps.gz has gone dead, but the author seems to have put an html copy on their personal site. Could you please verify this is the same document? This was the most interesting article I've read in ages, I learnt a tonne and it was a joy to read. Thank you for taking the time to write it.
