Chrome Extension Not Displaying BookmarkletOpenIssue

Oh my! The very first to start an issue. I'm so honored :+1: I've installed the extension via the Chrome store, enabled it, restarted Chrome, but I'm still not seeing the bookmarklet displayed as the animated gif depicts in the README.

Rewrite the bookmarklet to use cssbeautify and PrismMergedPR

Inlined both to make the bookmarklet fast. Used cssbeautify instead since it's more tolerant for edge cases and actively maintained. !Screen Shot 2013-03-14 at 19 58 40
