我在单独使用manaco editor作为编辑器，可否提供一个对于monaco的高亮和补全方案？ 我想vscode使用的也是monaco editor编辑器，所以该插件大概可以和monaco editor兼容。

I have made a demo about the complete the "123" to Chinese number “一百二十三” However, it work only when you type a space before you enter the number. And I just made the int and have no idea about creating the float for "0.123" to "一分二釐三毫" and for numbers larger than "十億" I am sorry I don't have time to improve the code. If you have time, please improve it or continue to solve the number problem. Thanks.
