should first collect all spot market request before it's created_at timestamp. This will also include _zombie_ spot market requests (we shouldn't have any though). It should pass query param to the endpoint. We should still delete the self instance. I've noticed that the associated spot instances might not get deleted with . Maybe also specify when creating the spot market request. It should be <60mins.
