Cannot read property 'componentDidLeave' of nullOpenIssue

There seems to be a timing issue if multiple transitions use different callback times. https://codesandbox.io/s/preact-transition-group-forked-wsksj?file=/src/index.js error: in reproduction example: (if the error doesn't happen on the first run please reload)

Currently, when adding preact-transition-group to next.js the build fails. It would be super useful to be able to use preact-transition-group 🚀

[Help] es6 import contextOpenIssue

Could you help me figure out how to use this module with es6 imports. I can see breakpoints are hit inside , however it's minified and hard to debug. The simplest example possible from doesn't seem to work

Update infrastructure to use microbundle and karmaticMergedPR

In preparation for some other work I'd like to do in this repo, I'm upgrading the dev environment to the latest and greatest from @developit. This repo now uses microbundle for bundling, karmatic for testing, and @developit's eslint rules for linting. Bonus: Moving to microbundle shaved approximately 432 bytes 🎉
