Py Script to populate FireBase DatabaseOpenPR

I have converted the js script to python due to package errors and stuff, Its easier now just run topics.py and quizzes.py

NodeJS script doesn't work, can I submit a python alternative?OpenIssue

Tried automatically populating the database with the NodeJS script, but couldn't get it to work. It was easy enough to reimplement the functionality in Python. Are you interested in hosting the python version on this repository for others to use?

I've used the script to create collections by following instructions on README It has created quizzes and topics without any data loss, but it seems like it doesn't create users, reports collections.. Is this intended and should be created manually?🤔

dependecies update, error handling of async fnMergedPR

Hey, I started Flutter course and when I wanted to populate data, I had few errors. This PR contains fix by update of dependencies. Node version requires to be 10+ (tested on 8, 10, 12, 14, 16). I also added catch to async fn for better readability of error messages.
