Link to get cluster credentials doesn't exist anymore. Also, I think you have to create the cluster first which threw me for a loop. I thought terraform was going to do that.
Minor "style" change. Connections can be defined at the resource level.
Create a separate network and firewall rules completely managed by terraform. This is similar to how the kubernetes e2e does it. Mostly me learning about GCE, but perhaps useful.

Hi @kelseyhightower, it looks like this http://storage.googleapis.com/kubestack/kubestack-0.17.1.tar.gz is missing, can I get it from other repo?
How the kubestack binaries (etcd, fleetd, ect) are going to be updated? We do not want to build a new image with Packer :) Then we need to restart all units including k8s ones.
Can we also update systemd units without rebuilding image? As destroying servers just for that is not a good idea I think :)
