Repository forking requests for credentials even though HUB_CONFIG is setOpenIssue

At the stage "Setup the GitHub Repositories" and below step hub fork requests for username credentials even though the hub configuration file is created and set in HUB_CONFIG env It shouldn't since username and the tokens are already available ?
