Issue: PostCSS Plugins Site Offline Description: The website for PostCSS plugins, postcss.parts, appears to be offline and now displays a site parking page. Steps to Reproduce: Visit the website: https://www.postcss.parts/ Observe that the site displays a parking page instead of the intended content.

"Page not found" when using back buttonOpenIssue

I just noticed this but if you navigate to a plugin and then try to navigate back using the back button the page says "Page Not Found". Coincidently you also cannot navigate directly to https://www.postcss.parts/tag/grids for example.

Ability to search by authorOpenIssue

It would be easier for me to know which plugins I still need to submit to postcss-plugins if I could easily search for plugins by my author name. Similarly, I would like to easily discover plugins written by quality authors like beneb.

Fix scroll w/ typing on mobileClosedIssue

Realized that when I added scroll management to deal with the scroll position, we store the the search query in the URL. Which means a location change happens => scroll position reset to top. On mobile it sucks. Will fix this.

Create _redirectsMergedPR

👋 Right now if you directly link to a tag page (e.g. fun) the request will fail. This adds a redirect rule so Netlify always serves the index.html.
