An error - title_attributes and unthemed itemsOpenIssue

Nice start! When I view the enabled radix_backdrop theme on backdrop 1.0.0 I see: Also it seems that you're outputting the primary links into the header, whereas the Backdrop Bartik theme outputs them into their own menu block in the layout. I suppose that's not "wrong" per se, but could be confusing. The menu block is left unthemed. Plus adding child menu items are left unthemed.
