File name and context with "global" words should be replaced by "user-wide" in file npm-global-without-sudo.md.OpenIssue

The solution is not global, it is user-wide so global words should be replaced by "user-wide".

Hi, i tried everything you mention and cant find any other reason why i still cant run docker without sudo. Is there any other stuff that can prevent it from working without it? Have any idea?

Tilde doesn't expand inside quotes The default shell in other OS's doesn't sometimes treat tilde as $HOME neither does it expand See https://www.gnu.org/software/bash/manual/html_node/Tilde-Expansion.html#Tilde-Expansion
