cfonts & GPL licenseClosedIssue

Hi I noticed this project declares an MIT license, but it depends on , which is licensed under GPL 3.0. I'm not a lawyer, but my understanding is that the GPL license is infectious, and is incompatible with your intent to release this project under MIT. I also have nothing to do with cfonts, but I'm just trying to be sure that the GPL doesn't infect my code. Can you offer any clarity on this?

An attempt at https://github.com/sindresorhus/ink-big-text/issues/7. I got it converted to TypeScript, and placated and . I haven't yet tried building a package and using it from another app, so I may have missed something.
