Update to latest version of react-queryOpenIssue

Hi Since this repo is linked to the only video in the documentation I was wondering if you could provide a branch using the newest version, since there's a few breaking changes in 2.x coming from 1.x. Keep this one old one so that people following the video wont get lost. This repo is still using react-query ^1.2.1 great library! loving it
