Summary Add a commit status for pull requests targeting the default branch. The status remains pending without a recognized label, succeeds with exactly one section label or , and fails when multiple recognized labels are present. Label validation is also enforced when generating release-note entries. Use operation-scoped installation tokens, refresh current pull request state before reporting, and document the required Commit statuses permission. Tests — 85 passed with 100% coverage Live development deployment and label-transition verification in , including pending, success, failure, same-SHA reversion to pending, , and a new synchronize SHA AI Disclaimer Using Codex with gpt-5.6-sol.
