Parsing -c option seperately to avoid prepending with BURL.MergedPR

Cookie file name starting from root (/tmp/cookites.txt) is prepended with BURL. Fix by parsing -c option separately

Issue with query string in the URLMergedPR

URL with query string /users?query=tj&top=50&skip=0 The & breaks the command. It is fixed by adding single quotes in the URL.
