Would you accept a PR that adds a command line interface?ClosedIssue

Hi! I was just about to embark on creating something similar to node-pwd as there needs to be a command line utility for hashing a CouchDB password. I'm looking to add this info to a post I wrote. Would you be willing to take a PR that adds a command line interface?
